The sommelier's hours
A guided tasting, or simply a glass well chosen
Tuesday to Saturday afternoon, the cellar master is found in the wine cellar and ready to guide you through the selection. Whether you settle in at the long table for a guided tasting or simply let them recommend a glass for the evening, no reservation is needed – just follow the stairs down.
The cellar is divided between reds and whites, with a carefully considered collection and a Bollinger ambassadorship that means this historic Champagne is available by the glass.
