Do you offer transfer?
We offer private transfers and sightseeing with our hotel car, boats and helicopter. Contact the front desk for booking.
Can I park at the hotel?
Feel free to drive the car to the door and we will help you with your luggage before parking. We offer free parking in our spacious parking lot on the east side of the hotel. Follow the signs.
Is it possible to arrive and quay by our private yacht?
The hotel's guests are very welcome to moor their own boat at the hotel's wharf.
Can I charge my EV car?
Honoring our commitment to sustainability we have charging facilities for all electric vehicles. Ask at the front desk where the team will get you connected and charging.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is guaranteed from 4pm, and check out is at latest noon.
Is there a bar?
In Palmehagen bar we offer a large selection of beers, wines and beverages. Ask the bartender for our signature cocktails. Cocktail hour every night from 5 - 6 PM.
Do I need to book a table in the restaurant?

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast in Conservatory includes a delicious buffet with products from the best ingredients, mostly local and homemade. You can also order dishes from our á la carte menu.
